About Us.

Top Tier is an owner operated company based in the Gunnison Valley for the last 12 years. Sterling started the business as a small operation out of a storage unit in town. Over time, his attention to detail, obsession with quality, and excellent customer service have developed the company into a large, high-end roofing company. Based in the Riverland Industrial Park, Top Tier has traded the storage unit for a fully functioning roofing company, offering all things metal and roofing related. 

Sterling and his wife, Corrie, live here with their two sons. Grayson and Emery enjoy playing outside everywhere in our gorgeous state. There is a saying,  when you support a small business, you support a dream. Thank you for supporting our dream.
